Today Dave and I decided to hike up Burnt Rock Mountain, not to be confused with Burnt Mountain, and were denied! We've received a lot of rain this week and the "brook" we had to cross in the first 100 ft of hiking was more like a river. We weren't sure how much higher the water would rise while we were on the other side, hiking up the mountain, so we decided to head to Hunger Mountain and see what we found. Little did we know there was a waterfall . . . . See for yourself below (Watch both videos).

As you say "holy effin s**t" what fun!!!!!! You're right, not really a good idea to cross to connect to your trail! I love the video. Water, water & more water. Those falls are awesome! Ok so now you are home and all dried off, what's on for tomorrow :-) .. can't wait for the next adventure! You go girl.

I bored Val and Jo with some old videos of me and the kids when I was in Maine, and hearing myself on video then, and hearing you on video now makes me realize that, yup, we sound alike! :) Love the water! Mostly love the foam on Luna's nose! Too cute! Can't wait to come visit you and Dave and poochies too!
